My name is Dan Linwood. I am a Pennsylvania commissioned notary and certified loan signing agent based out of Bucks County, PA. I have over 10+ years experience in corporate insurance and financial services, including Mortgage lending. I cater to clients who need a notary outside of normal business hours and everything in between.

I do not charge extra for notary services performed outside of traditional business hours. Need a notary overnight or over the weekend? Call/Text to get connected for your notarization service. I will come to you at a time and place that is convenient for you.
